1. Ergonomic Workplace Assessment – Consultation

We provide a consultation service directed at the assessment of the workplace to determine the levels of danger to the users’ health, and establish what areas need to be improved to ensure they maximise their space and minimise the risk of injury, thus improving the quality of their workplace.
We visit locations where there are high levels of absenteeism due to work related illnesses and injury or locations that require furnishing with intent on creating a workplace that is in accordance with approved ergonomic standards.

Harpymil provides a free workplace assessment for establishments that intend to upgrade their existing furniture based on a high ratio of work absenteeism or employee complaints regarding injuries caused by the type of furniture being used. Further consultation can be provided by would be subject to a consultation fee.

2. Space Planning and Interior Design – CAD Design

We provide Space planning and Interior design for offices and schools using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software solutions.

Using the specific measurements and structural layout of the intended location we can provide a detailed and scaled solution that focuses on the following factors:

• The space allocated to ensure it is utilised completely and efficiently whilst safeguarding against the risk of any potential injuries

• The work habits and routines of the end user allocating the appropriate furniture needed to ensure they work efficiently and safely

• Providing an aesthetically pleasing and functional environment designed to motivate and inspire the intended inhabitants.

We observe what kind of furniture are used by these workers taking into account their posture, work area, movements, routines and habits and analyse the effects created by all these and design modifications and improvements using ergonomic alternatives.
