Postural Advice:

If the height adjustment of your tabletop is wrong, you find yourself having to adjust your chair to offset the wrong height which may also produce symptoms in your legs if the chair presses your femurs. Even if you use an expensive and well designed ergonomic chair, it still offers limited solution if you can not adjust the heights properly. Poorly adjusted worktops soon create pain in your back or neck or shoulders increasing the possibility of repetitive strain injuries or musculoskeletal diseases.
